Cancellation Policy
At Salty Wave Watersports, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considerate while ensuring the availability of our services to all customers.
Regular Cancellation:
Full Refund: If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the reservation, the customer will receive a full refund.
Deposit Charge: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the reservation, the $100 deposit will be held and charged.
Bad Weather Cancellation:
Partial Trip Refund: In the event of bad weather, if the trip is less than 50% complete, the customer will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule trips due to unfavorable weather or waves, or forecasts that would make conditions unsuitable for a safe trip.
No Call/No Show:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for no call/no show reservations.
